Ужас. Погасили кредит, долг закрыли полностью. Через пару недель приходит сообщение, что мы оказывается еще должны банку 4 копейки что ли, 4 несчасьные копейки! Да откуда берется то это все, когда при погашение кредита ну все заплатили!! Ладно отдали эти копейки. Через месяц приходит смс, что мы должны 259 рублей. Да откуда елки!!!! Звоним оператору, говорят, у вас подключен пакет каких то платных услуг. Каких еще услуг, куда еще он подключен!!!! Счет закрыт, карту разрезали в офисе при закрытии кредита!!!! Почему ваши сотрудники ничего не говорят не про пакет услуг платных, не про остатки какие то, не про СТРАХОВКУ, когда кредит берешь. Больше к вам ни ногой!!!

Ждали карту 10 дней, сидим без денег 💰, сегодня 26.09.20, пришло смс для получения карты, посмотрели в Яндексе, банк работает до 17:00, собрались с женой приехали, в 16:00 зашли в банк для получения карты 💳, а нам сказали что банк закрыт и работает до 16:00, а карту получить 2 минуты. Я не доволен банком ВТБ. 😭😱

Суббота 30 мая 11.50. Банк работает, но свободного сотрудника, к которому можно обратиться за консультацией, нет. Автомат талоны не выдаёт, когда сказал об этом одной из сотрудниц, она ничего не ответила
