Парковки нет. На втором этаже, в отделе ипотечного кредитования, идет живая очередь! К сожалению, из-за малого количества менеджеров, собирается очередь. Дозвониться до них можно только через горячую линию банка, или, если сам менеджер дал Вам визитку с номером рабочего телефона и добавочным.

Коронавирус? В втб о нем не слышали, очередь по 40 минут чтобы сдать копии ипотечных документов. Маленькое, непроветреваемое помещение, очередь 7-10 человек.

Обращался в данный банк по поводу оформления предварительно одобренной ипотеки. К сожалению, главный менеджер Ирина Владимировна Гагрова не проявляла никакого интереса к сделке. Кроме того банк запрашивает такие справки, форму которых даже сам не знает. Продавцы квартиры три раза ходили за справками в МФЦ и ни одна банку не подошла. В общем пришлось забрать пакет документов и обратиться в другой банк, где и была оформлена сделка и ипотека
