Это административное здание/юридический адрес, для обслуживания клиентов в нем остался только ВТБ-регистратор. Ближайший офис для физ.лиц - Большая Морская, 11 (в т.ч. ипотека). Банкомат отсутствует. Основной офис переехал отсюда на Дегтярный, 11, туда же сдавать все исполнительные документы, запросы и заявления

Дезорганизационная система, каждый сам по себе. Думаю, даже сотрудники вымогают взятки, действую независимо в каждом городе, отдельно взятом офисе. Ситуация: подана заявка на ипотеку через компанию Этажи. Заявку одобрили, но со мной как, с непосредственном заявителем ипотеки никто из банка не связался. Переговоры ведут только с Этажами, НО у них нет интересующего меня объекта (те еще лобыри и халтурщики Этажи эти). Я прошу, обращаясь по центральному телефону связаться со мной ипотечного менеджера, который игнорирует меня в течение 1 месяца! Устала... подала заявку в другом городе и другом офисе, упомянув, что ЗАЯВКА УЖЕ ОДОБРЕНА. Полный ИГНОР! по всей информации. Сначала одна менеджериха в Костромском офисе "занялась" так сказать моим делом, потом передали другой с голосочком 8 классницы! Они начали активно тянуть резину, явно вымогая у меня что-то... ЗАЯВКА ПО ИПОТЕКИ ВЕДЬ уже была одобрена в другом офисе в банке ВТБ, НО нет, надо же создать трудности, получить взятку. Что Воробьева вместе со Светланой Альбертовной и делали. То им сообщи организацию, где ты работаешь, хотя условия по ипотеки ВТБ - два документа паспорт и снилс, к тому же начальный взнос 90%!!! банк в любом случае покрывает все свои расходы. Но нет... в каждом отдельном городе, каждый суслик - агроном в банке ВТБ. Любая посредническая контора типа Этажи, ПИК и сия с ним - легко и просто решает вопрос по ТВОЕЙ ипотеки, ну понятно!Ё там же все проплачено-переплачено,а гражданина они будут мурыжить, подогревая на ВЗЯТКУ. сАДИСТЫ И УРОДЫ МОРАЛЬНЫЕ. И система построиена таким образом, что нет общего контроля над ними, и каждый оператор на местах делает, что его левая нога захочет.
