Добрый день! Сегодня, 6.09.2019 мы обратились в банк ВТБ. Нас обслуживала Кислякова Вероника Витальевна.Коммуникабельная доброжелательная девушка! Всё грамотно и понятно объяснила! Мы очень довольны обслуживанием в вашем банке. Спасибо ещё раз Веронике Витальевне! Хочется приходить снова и снова!

Второй раз обращаюсь в этот филиал в Искитиме. Очень, ну очень медленное обслуживание! В очереди пару человек, а приходится ждать своей очереди около часа. Очень часто девушки пользуются компьютером другого оператора, соответственно отвлекая и отнимая время. А т.к. в выходные филиал не работает, то приходится отпрашиваться с работы. А это иногда не удобно. И просиживая ещё в очереди, теряешь очень много рабочего времени. Прошу руководителей обратить на эту проблему. Многие клиенты просто уходят!

Обслуживание ужасное, девушки как будто специально тянут резину, постоянно приходится ждать. Молча подключают платные услуги смс-информирования, не предупредив, что отключить услугу можно только в офисе.

Стало лучше с виду ...сотрудники новые молодые ... Но ... если раньше можно было оплатить кредит через кассу , то теперь касса только для Юрлиц ...Это полный Бред !!!!! Как называется все для людей ... (((((
