Хочу выразить огромную благодарность сотрудникам отдела ипотечного кредитования во главе с начальником Артёменко Еленой Валерьевной в помощи при рефинансировании кредита. Отработали быстро, информацию предоставили подробную. Осталась довольна, планирую в дальнейшем пользоваться продуктами банка ВТБ.

Без моего участия подключили защиту счета которая стоит 250 рублей,при обращении в офис консультант не смогла объяснить как это произошло без моего участия,так же меня проконсультировали что платную смс нельзя отключить,далее я самостоятельно отключила ее благодаря поддержке в чате в ВТБ онлайн.Так же не вернули страховку хотя мной было написано заявление на следующий день после получения кредита.Консультанты врут,доверие к банку потерянно.Буду подавать на рефенансирование

Сотрудники в последнее время отличные, но политика банка пока не меняется в плане отношения к клиентам: очереди, навязчивые звонки, отсталый (по сравнению с передовыми банками) сервис по банковским картам
