Добрый день , решила оформить первую свою карту в ВТБ 21.10.2019, выдали моментальную карту , заранее попросила девушку, чтобы мне оформили именную карту , сказали что при готовности Карты меня оповестят , по истечению 2-3х месяцев меня так никто не оповестил , далее решила заказать карту онлайн Банк оповестил о готовности Карты , пришла в отделение банка и по итогу мою карту долго не могли найти , когда нашли она оказалась повреждённая , сотрудник сказал, что перезвонит как все уладит И вот уже 01.05.2020 год , так мне никто не перезвонил и карту я не получила Очень огорчена работой этого банком, и скорее всего пользоваться услугами банка больше не буду

Администратора нет, неспешно работают два человека в последний час рабочего дня, очередь из 5 человек. Три раза мне приходилось обращаться в это отделение, ничего не улучшается, решил хоть тут написать.
