Некомпетентные сотрудники (Костикова Ольга),обращался по поводу рефенонсирование ипотеке,все одобрили все хорошо,но когда донес последние документы отказали. И отказ был не из за последних документов. Зря потратил время и деньги. Не рекомендую туда обращаться

Сервис неудачный! Во-первых - работает офис с 10 утра. В начале десятого уже топится народ в ожидании открытия офиса в небольшом зале с банкоматами. Запускают около 10 часов, встречает стажёр, который не может связать двух слов, но, учитывая требование использования электронной очереди, необходимо ждать пока заработает терминал для получения талона в 10:00. Случилось 10:00, взял талон с номером 1. Жду. На вопрос, почему меня не приглашает специалист, стажёр ответила, что нужно дождаться, пока мой номер появится на таблЕ (!!!), когда оно загрузится. Номер появился на таблЕ только в 10:12 и направил меня к другой девушке с бейджиком «стажёр», которая потом в документах значилась, как «главный специалист». Стажёр-главный специалист для перевода денежных средств потребовала у меня зачем-то договор в качестве обоснования перевода денежных средств с моего счёта как физического лица на счёт юридического. После моего категорического отказа предоставить договор, пригрозила отменой операции, но перевод все же осуществила. Иными словами, сложилось впечатление, что попал не в банк, а в детский центр с игрой в банкиров.
