Великолепная история случилась недели 2 назад. Мне заблокировали зарплатную карту, счёт и ВТБ онлайн. В службе поддержки мне посоветовали идти в отделение (ближайшее отделение на Советском). Пришла туда, передо мной было 2 человека, которые уже общались с сотрудницами. Ждала я около 30 минут, пока человек уйдет. В надежде,что я пойду следующей, я просидела ещё 20 минут, пока освободившийся "специалист" побеседует со своей коллегой, которая почему-то сидела в верхней одежде и на месте клиента и разговаривали о чем-то личном. Когда они закончили свои светские беседы, наконец позвали меня. Мне сообщили,что у меня заблокировала только карта и её сейчас разблокируют и деньги вернутся примерно через час. Со спокойной совестью я ушла домой, но ни через час, ни через 5 часов денег не было. Ходила я в субботу, как раз перед неделей, когда губернатор ввел режим повышенной готовности и почти все отделения закрылись, кроме дежурных на Ноградской и Ленина. В итоге, в отделении на Ленина мне сообщили о том, что у меня карту разблокировали,но при этом мой счет так и остался заблокирован вместе с деньгами,которые были на нем. После недели каждодневных посещений мне наконец вернули счёт и денежные средства. Итог: сотрудница, которая меня обслуживала на Советском 56, абсолютно некомпетентна и не разбирается в своих должностных обязанностях. Из-за нее я потеряла целую неделю на побегушки в другое отделение и просидела без зп.
