Обратился за открытием счета для своего ИП. Счёт открыли бесплатно, и сказали, что обслуживание за первый год тоже бесплатно. Верится с трудом, но посмотрим. В общем я доволен пока.

Удобное месторасположение, редко бывают очереди, персонал вежливый. Их минусов работает отделение до 20:00,с работы не всегда успеваю

Банк ВТБ ценится среди клиентов результативной работой. Все офисы оборудованы терминалами, которые выдают талоны. Это сокращает время пребывания и , разумеется,очереди. Очень удобно. Столкнулась с этим банком при оформлении ипотеки. В этом отношении он придирчив. НО это в целях безопасности продавца, покупателя и самого банка. Считаю одним из самых лучших банков в Барнауле.
