5 баллов за хорошее отношение к клиентам! С ВТБ работаю давно, обслуживание всегда было нормальное. А сегодня особенно приятно: приехала за полчаса до открытия офиса, девушка, которая пришла на работу пораньше, увидев меня спросила, почему так рано? Я ответила "ничего страшного подожду". Она ушла и вернулась через пару минут с документами, которые я ждала. Говорит "Жалко же вас, на солнце полчаса стоять будете"))). Большое спасибо за человечность! Имя девушки не знаю, работает в отделе сопровождения ипотечных клиентов. И закладную кстати раньше срока выдали.

Для гашения ежемесячного платежа выдали карту (без ежемесячного обслуживания) - удобно в любом банкомате принимающем деньги. Срок карты закончился - прихожу за новой - говорят, что есть только Мультикарты с ежемесячным обслуживанием 249 руб, либо переводом на базовый пакет через 3 месяца (то есть -750 руб), либо если каждый месяц буду закидывать и тратить 5 тыр. Ну вот нет у меня возможности тратить этих 5 тыр. (есть на то причины) и получается, что я добросовестно хочу платить кредит, но либо за удобство я должен платить порядка 3 тыр в год, либо наличкой в банке. В условиях короновируса это очень удобно. При звонке на горячую линию меня убеждают, что мне должны выдать бесплатную карту MASTER ACCOUNT, но в двух отделениях сказали что есть только Мультикарты.
