Добрый день! Закладная готовится с конца марта месяца По телефону 8-800-100-24-24 тоже только заявки оставляют а звонков 0. Никто повлиять на ситуацию не может или не хочет. Прошу разобраться с данной ситуацией так как в другом банке уже выдали документы для переоформления. И в июле придётся платить по повышенной ставке из за некомпетентности сотрудников которые готовят закладные. Владислав 8-996-379-18-97

Хамство сотрудников поражает. Очередь из людей в 22 окно, но единственный специалист, говорит: «у меня сейчас обед и я ухожу». Люди ждут своей очереди в условиях пандемии, но сотрудникам на них нас..ть. Почему нельзя предупреждать людей заранее, что бы они не стояли и не ждали?

Оформляла зарплатную карту, замучилась с этим отделением. Первый раз оказалось, что в фамилии букву не ту поставили. Второй раз, в отчестве запятая появилась. И только в третий раз выдали новую, переоформленную карту. Предложили оформить кредит, я отказалась. Менеджер не скрыл разочарования и потерял ко мне всяческий интерес. Все консультанты молодые, неопытные. Один даже начал жаловаться на маленькую зарплату, что по-моему совсем недопустимо.

Нигде не встретишь столь наглых сотрудников. Вместе с кредитом они продают людям страховку, никак не предупреждая об этом, что весомо увеличивает переплату. Как плюс: действительно низкие процентные ставки для корпоративных клиентов, по моему 19% годовых.
