Я брала кредит 02.03.2018. И осталась очень довольна, менеджер Романенко Наталья Александровна. Очень вежливая. Сотрудник знающий свою работу за короткое время доступно все объяснила, быстро оформила кредит. Я осталась очень довольна и буду обращаться только в отделение банка по адресу Александровка пр. 40 лет Победы. Я желаю побольше Банку ВТБ24 таких сотрудников.
