Добрый день.Заказал копию кредитного договора 22.01.2020г. в этом банке, так как в 2017г. при получении кредита я его не получал.Менеджер кредитного отдела (фамилию пока не буду обнародовать) сказала что договор придёт только через две недели,услуги ещё за каждый лист платная (100рублей).Заявка в головной банк ВТБ Москва (номер заявки 317173) была с ответом не более 3 дней.Так кто кого обманывает, или так клиентов удерживают потому что делаю рефинансирование в другой банк.Потом отпишусь как дело пойдёт, пока оценка 2.

Много сотрудников - мало толку. Такое складывается впечатление. Консультируют не всегда професионально, приходилось перезванивать на горячую линию или обращаться в другой офис (на Коммунистическом).

Мне не нравится, что в городе очень мало банкоматов, а в других берут комиссию. А вот в Москве очень много ВТБ банкоматов.
