Осадок неприятный. Заблокировали личный кабинет. Причину никто не называет. Т.е. вполне вероятно, что могут заблокировать ещё раз (а может и не раз), а я даже знать не буду, что сделал не так. Разблокировка занимает несколько минут. А дорога туда и обратно, плюс ожидание - 55 минут. Время клиента для них ничто. Это печально.

Как то раз решила я обратиться в этот банк,хуже банка я ещё не видела, весь персонал это девочки от 22 до 25 лет, по крайней мере те которые работают с населением. Была я там три раза. Хотела погасить кредит через третье лицо и только с третьего раза мне до конца объяснили все нюансы. Ну да ладно, это опустим,сама не поняла, не разбираюсь да и Слава богу, никогда не брала кредит и брать не буду! Мало того, банк мягко говоря отсталый, ну бедновато выглядит, так и работают там посредственнее работники, которым все равно на людей, им некогда объяснить человеку как погасить кредит, перерыв у них на глаза у людей, вроде сидишь ждёшь в очереди 3 часа,а рядом сотрудники свободные. Видимо свободных стульев нет. А это кстати не шутка 😹🙈. Один консультант говорит одно , другой совсем другое. С третьего раза объяснили, попала все- таки к толковой, но пришлось посмотреть на закатывающиеся глаза и просидеть в очереди час. А вот когда я обратилась в Центр инвест, чтобы открыть депозит, была приятно удивлена. С персоналом работают люди 30+, грамотные и вежливые. На вхоже мужчина 40 лет,, глаза не закатывал на мой вопрос,. Время пребывания в банке 20 минут. Так вот!!!! Понабрали малолеток, а они т****** ,у меня нет слов к вам добрых, не могут людям качественно оказать услуги.у меня все🙈
