На официальном сайте ВТБ данный офис является дежурным, соответственно должен быть открыт во время карантина, но по факту почему-то объявление на двери банка, закрыт на карантин до 30 апреля. Это как понимать??? Звонишь по горячей линии говорят, работает 100%... только вот работы я не вижу.

03.07.19 Евгений Сорока в должности стажёр ввёл в заблуждение, что пользоваться приложением ВТБ можно только при открытии мультикарты. В итоге была навязана услуга в которой не нуждался и комиссия банка за открытие карты. Вот такие хитрые стажёры.

Быстрое обслужтвание. По вопросам ипотеки от банка ВТБ надо обращаться именно в этот офис, в других филиалах этой услуги нет.
