Банк продал мой кредит коллекторам, уроды, хотя последний год по кредиту платил исправно. Не верьте ни одному их слову!

Живу во Франции, раз в год прилетаю в отпуск в Россию, в сентябре 2024 года пыталась поменять евро в этом банке, потому что у них был самый высокий курс, "мадам-приёмщица" долго рассматривала мои купюры, было 600 евро, в итоге мне было сказано, что 200 евро "нормальные", а 400 "дефектные ", на следующий день я принесла такую же сумму другими купюрами, была эта же "горе-приёмщица", и опять из шестисот евро четыреста мне забраковали, а двести можно было сдать. Сначала мне было смешно, потому что эти евро из французского банка La banque Postale, а потом я поняла, что надо мной просто издеваются, и наконец-то, пазлы сложились: в этом банке берут комиссию, если сдаёшь меньше 300 евро, поэтому им было невыгодно менять мои 600 , в итоге, после потерянных нервов и времени, я благополучно поменяла всю сумму по такому же курсу в другом банке!!!

Делайте справки сразу на месте, не ждите три дня. Сегодня пришел, никто не в курсе, справки нет, смысл было ждать «в течение трех дней» :) Сделали при мне за 5 минут. Бюрократия еще есть))
