ЧТО ЗА СКАЗКИ ТУТ ПИШУТ?! Нормальный банк. У меня ипотека и кредит наличкой. В пандемию отправил заявление дистанционно и приложил 2 ндфл - сделали отсрочку на пол года. Без лишних разговоров и беготни.

Добрый день! Прошу провести внутреннюю проверку правления руководителя в городе Краснодаре в головном офисе по адресу г. Краснодар ул. Гоголя 68. Вопрос в чем полтора месяца назадоставил заявку в отделении банка по программе коммерсант которая подразумеваетпод собой что заявка на кредит по этой программе рассматривается в течении двухтрех дней! Прошло три недели я звоню в отделения, а мне заявляют, что заявка нарассмотрении! Вот и вопрос зачем давать рекламу что это экспресс кредитрешения, по которому два три дня. После такого отношения желание работать сэтим банком пропало! Личноя, забрал свою анкету и документы и пошел в другой банк для получения кредита.За это время что я прождал, в другом банке я бы точно получил кредит. Простопо-человечески прошу вас провести проверку по данным фактам и принятьнеобходимые процедуры чтоб такого больше не было. Я, с уважением отношусь квашему банку и понимаю, что здесь скорее всего проблема не с банком, а сотрудниками,которые работают в данном отделении. Я думаю вы примете правильные действия позакрытию этого вопроса, иначе вы реально заработаете (а уже заработали так какя не один такой) не очень хорошую репутацию благодаря нескольким личностям....А предпринимателям, у которых сейчас лежать там заявки не тратьте время на ожидания!Забирайте срочно и идите в другой банк вы не дождетесь здесь ответа в срок! Яточно знаю, что сейчас там завал по таким заявкам и всем говорят, что ждите вработе! Я думаю вы и сами об этом знаетевам всем это говорили! Изложенная мною инфо 100%. У кого есть такойже опыт по Краснодару пишите! Может другим людям это поможет! – показать
