Начнём по моему мнению с плюсов этого банка: + очередей не было +рядом с Южным вокзалом А теперь минусы : - понять как пройти в офис ВТБ нужно поискать вывески или указателей нет, тратишь время - при озвучивания предприятия для навигации к банку непонимания - ещё было такое чувство когда оказывали мне услугу что хотят чтоб я быстро ушёл и не задавал вопросы по существу моего дела к банку. В прочем решать вам.
