Одна из самых жадных и нечестных организаций - ВТБ. Думают в первую, вторую и без разницы в какую очередь только о себе. Человек перевёл мне деньги - я не могу их получить в течении полутора месяца, должен ждать, иначе комиссия 10%. ВНИМАНИЕ: СВОИ ДЕНЬГИ Я НЕ МОГУ ЗАБРАТЬ. Банк без моего согласия пользуется моими деньгами. Одна из самых жадных и нечестных организаций - ВТБ.

Отделение это, будучи в центре, кажется перегруженным. Хотя сотрудники хорошие, и жалко смотреть на то, как они пытаются решить проблемы, которые должно решать руководство.. 1. Суббота: Яндекс-карты показывают, что это отделение "Временно не работает", но я приехал и был обслужен. 2. У ВТБ отвратительный голосовой помощник. Связаться с оператором невозможно. Раньше получалось, если дважды говоришь "Свяжите с оператором", а теперь и это прикрыли... Оптимизаторы, блин. Попрошу перевести мою ЗП на сбер.

ВТБ обычный банк как и все остальные что интересного даже не могу найти сравнения ): ( Свои деньги отдаешь за мизерный процент они их крутят,а когда косается у них взять то уже под хороший процент,раза 2если не 3 больше!!! Живут банкиры ну и пусть жтвут,с собой не заберёшь):

Очень долго двигается очередь, особенно в субботу. Хотелось бы больше работающих окон и в воскресенье рабочий день. А то проблема снять средства со вклада.

За оплату той же справки с текущего счета — комиссия двойная, так как ее уже снимали за перевод с карты на счет....боже..это просто бессовестная наглая обдираловка!!!!!!!!
