Бреееееед . Худшего отделения любого банка не существует . Один аппарат для выдачи жетонов . И , тот работает очень редко и постоянно глючит . Приходиться устраивать живую очередь . ( Это не единичный случай. Мне ПРИШЛОСЬ трижды посетить этот сарай...) 😷😷😷

Отвратительное обслуживание клиентов, особенно женщина консультант за стойкой на входе в отделение на просьбу разобраться с меню банкоматом отправляет куда подальше " там все есть, читайте". Окон 9, из них действительно принимает 3. Просидела с 2 х летним ребенком в очереди 1,5 часа. Не советую это отделение никому, лучше выбирать другое.

В отделении очень мало мест для ожидания текущей очереди. В отделении очень много пожилых людей и людей с маленькими детьми.

В банк заходила недавно, получила реквизиты за 0,5 минуты. Дальше мне надо было получить услугу "телебанк". Подошла моя очередь, все лишнее услуги удалили, исправили информацию, потому что была проведена замена документов, и подключили то, что хотела. Сотрудники банка очень доброжелательны, на все сопутствующие вопросы ответили, все показали и рассказали.

Приветливый персонал. Один минус: на входе изредка девушка стоит, которая не всегда все знает. Она зовёт помощь и из-за этого немного дольше ждёшь.
