Получив кредитную карту, представитель банка, не уведомлел меня о том, что при снятие наличных осуществляется снятие процента в размере 5.5% от суммы. Хотя я при оформлении целенаправленно интересовался есть ли процент при снятии. Тем самым хочу всех проинформировать о том, что Банк ВТБ 24, а точнее сотрудники этого банка не договаривают и во многом лукавят при оформление договоров. Господа читайте весь договор более дотошно. Ведь Вас могу ОБМАНУТЬ.

У меня заблоктровался банк-онлайн, обратились в тот офис. К слову, очереди не было. Операционист с крайне недовольным видом попросила точный текст сообщения. Плказала его на телефоне, после чего она ушла куда-то и чеоез пару минут принесла бумажку с логином и паролем, велела не забывать. На вопрос когда раздллктруется доступ, сообщила, что нужно подождать 10-15 мигут. Разумеется пришлось уйти. Но блокировка осталась. После звонка на горячую линию в тот же день мне предложили прийти снова в офис для наптсания заявления, так как мой логин заблокирован из-за сомнительной активности. Получается мне снова нужно идти в офис. Почему работники этого банка не вникают в проблемы клиентов, а норовят побыстрее отделаться, ничего не решив. При этом операционист оживилась только при попытке навязать мне не нужный кредит. А плсле отказа от кредита сообщила, чтл вообще эту проблему можно было самостоятельно решить в банкомате. (А не приставать к ней). Хамское отношение
