Отвратительное обслуживание!!! Как-будто пришла к девушкам в гости без приглашения и звонка!!!! Очень рада, что с ВТБ покончено!!!Рефинансировала кредит в банке Открытие, в разы меньше ставка и персональный подход к каждому клиенту!!!. Была 29.11.2019.

Отвратительное отношение к клиентам. Пришел получить зарплатную карту. Прождал 15 минут решил спросить насчет кредита. Пошел взять другой талончик. Высокомерная молоденькая девочка в приказном тоне начала мне говорить, что мне делать, а чего не следует. Развернулся и ушел. Больше в это отделение ни ногой! Да и подумываю о смене зарплатного банка.

дали кредит в день обращения. но суть не в этом. девушка очень вежливая оказалась. лишнего не предлагала. всё грамотно рассказала. ей лично спасибо.

Хорошее отделение ВТБ, приятные и вежливые сотрудники, все объяснят подробно, помогут с решением некоторых вопросов, есть парковка, в т.ч.для инвалидов, рекомендую!

Жду 50 мин пока мне привяжут карту кодов к счету. Народу ноль. Вердикт — дерьмовенький банк стал. Альфа-банк рулит и по сервису и по услугам. Из ВТБ24 однозначно ухожу.

Добрый день, решила я открыть счет в банке ВТБ24, пртшла в отделение в часов 13.00, очередь была человек 7. Администратор объяснила это тем, что обеденное время и половина персонала обедают в течении часа. Дала талон не к тому специалисту, в итоге прождала я в очереди минут 40. Менеджер банка не очень приветливая девушка, оформляла мне счет в течении 15 минут. После чего даже не попрощалась со мной. Хотелось что бы обслуживание клиентов было быстрее и вежливее.

Обслуживаюсь в ВТБ уже более 12 лет, на красной площади лучшее отделение, ребята всегда приветливые и доброделательные. Очередей нет, с любым вопросом без проблем помогают. Всем советую приходить сюда)
