Банк очень не удобный! Банкоматов мало. Сегодня пришла закрывать карту, этого сделать не смогли, так как на счёте было несколько рублей, причем в самом банке через кассу выдать мне их не смогли, так как это в принципе у них невозможно! После этого мне сообщили что после обнуления счета на карте мне придется придти ещё 2 РАЗА, чтобы сначала закрыть карту, а потом через 10 дней ещё и счёт! Очень сложное обслуживание! И это ещё 1 повод не обращаться в данный банк. Более того. Представители банка позволяют разговаривать по личному телефону при клиентах и заставлять их ждать!

Все бы хорошо, но в этом банкомате у меня зажевало карту, конечно такое бывает, но мне не понравилось то, что я очень долго пыталась дозвониться в службу поддержки, номер который пришлось искать в интернете, на самом банкомате никаких контактов не указано, связаться сл специалистом так и не получилось, пришлось срочно идти в банк и блокировать карту. Мне кажется, уже пора сделать так, чтобы такие проблемы решались с помощью он-Лайн сервисов.

В это банке мы взяли кредит потребительский. Так как мой папа является зарплатным клиентом этого банка, то проблем никаких не возникло. Стоило только прийти в банк, как нам все сразу одобрили и выдали тут же кредит на карту.

Часто банкоматы не принимают наличные , администратор в зале внятно обьяснить не может причину .С клиентами работают на нервах , злое отделение ! Нет желания заходить к ним .
