Я в Самаре в головном офисе пр.Кирова 389а. Вчера 13.05.2020 был на продлении вклада. Талоны в очереди не выдаются,была живая очередь. Самая первая к выходу операционист хамски разговаривала в начале. К себе на приём не пригласила.Ответила на мои возмущения -- "Я не знаю чего вы там стоите, можите до вечера стоять." Увольнять надо совковых толстух. Набранных с рынка. Постоянно точно не говорят о процентах по вкладам,разная информация от консультантов. Поучитесь этикету у Сбербанка. Всегда всё расскажут и объяснят о финансовых услугах.

Беспонотовый банк на счёт ип в одном банке не берут комиссию,а в этом берут .У вас разные банки?работники дерзят ни че не умеют как таких вообще взяли на работу тупиц.
