Привезли документы для оформления сделки. Документы в порядке. Полный пакет. Нужны ксерокопии. Без них пакет документов не принимают. Сделать в банке их невозможно. Якобы нет ксерокса. В банке нет ксерокса!!! Во время пандемии носимся по городу пытаемся сделать ксерокопии. Руководство банка ВТБ! Купите ксерокс в офис на Молодогвардейскую 204!!!!!!!!!!!

Никогда, не дозвониться по решению определенных вопросов, нужно всегда приезжать. Контактный центр сказать ничего не может по вопросам контакта с сотрудниками банка. Автоответчик отправляет в контактный центр, который в своб очередь ничем помочь не может ???

Этот банк опять пробивает дно!!! Звонили уговаривали взять денег под низкий процент, в офисе сразу сказали что ставка в 2 раза выше!!! Персонал без масок в разгар пандемии! Втб худший!

Отвратительные сотрудники офиса "Энергия"! Финансовый консультант Добрынина Ксения Сергеевна совершенно не умеет вести диалог с клиентами, грубая, наглая, надменная. Сама не в состоянии решить практически не одного вопроса, обращается за помощью к другим сотрудникам. Зам.директора офиса "Энергия" Белова Кристина Алексевна даже не пытается услышать обратившегося за помощью клиента банка. Как робот повторяет одно и тоже, не пытаясь решить вопрос. Обе непрофессиональные, надменные. Таких сотрудников нельзя допускать к работе с людьми!
