Раздали карты зарплатные, пин не дали, его нужно запрашивать по телефону горячей линии, всего-то и делов, но там отвечают, что нужно подключить специальные смс,которые почему-то не подключены, а это возможно только в офисе банка. То есть надо тащиться туда за подкючением. Круговорот банка втб в природе. Ходи туда, ходи сюда. Или разгильдяйство? Очень не понравилось.

Здравствуйте. Пришел как то в ваш банк продлить срок карты. До этого звонил на горячую линию сказали, что карта готова. По адресу ул. Мира 33. Придя в банк меня пригласила к столу Сабирзянова Гульназ. Минут сорок промурыжив меня она с миловидным личиком отвечает, что мол карты нет и заявку на продление карты можно подать по горячей линии. Но при этом успев мне открыть какие то не нужные мне счета. Я снова звоню на горячую линию, мне отвечают, что ваша карта уже давно находится в офисе банка по а дресу ул. Мира 33. На следующий день я опять прихожу в это отделение банка. Увидев этого так называемого «спесиалиста» т.е. Гульназ говорю ей мол карта уже давно у вас. Она как ни в чем не бывало мне отвечает,» Мол так бывает». Могла бы хотя бы извиниться. Мне с Пермяков пришлось из за этого «спесиалиста» второй раз ехать. И потерял два дня. А мне в командировку ехать. Не знаю откуда столько хамства. Она кем себя там возомнила. Богом? Пусть хотя бы не делает вид, что она сама интелегентность. Факт на лицо. – показать

Банк как банк.кому то помогает кому то нет.ипотека была у них содрали все штаны.страховка не страховка в итоге ни чего не вернули!

Ужасное обслуживание! Впервые к ним пришлось обращаться и то я осталась в не понятном состоянии! Они толком не объясняют .. не перезванивают.. а ещё, под конец подошла к банкомату, хотела оплатить за кредит , но не знала что да как.. никто из сотрудников в итоге не помог( ушла в ярости !
