Порвали паспорт. Им лень работать. Двигаются как варёные, разговаривают сквозь зубы, хамят. Вонь, грязь, постоянная очередь. Сидят и ничего не делают. Компенсировать утрату паспорта даже не собираются. Полный беспредел и никакой ответственности за утрату паспорта клиентом в их офисе.

Постоянная долгая очередь. Не компетентность и не внимательность сотрудников. Являюсь клиентом банка несколько лет. Улучшение сервиса не наблюдаю. Плохо.

Жесть, талон взял в 13.00. На ресепшене сказали ждать мин 1,5 часа. Полупустой офис 7 человек. Кто соскучился по долгому обслуживанию все сюда ))))

Пока коротаю время в очереди, решила оставить отзыв об очень медленном обслуживании. Чтоб вы понимали, сижу уже час, обслуживание по талонам, судя по табло работают целых 4 окна (четвёртое, шестое, восьмое и восьмое [возможно там кто-то ударно вкалывает за двоих]). За этот час вышло и пригласили целых двух человек. Теряюсь в догадках, о чем так обстоятельно беседуют клиенты и сотрудники, если отделение даже не занимается ипотекой, а просто обслуживает физиков. Это за гранью добра и зла.
