Оператор кол-центра предложил рефинансирование ипотеки , яко бы предодобренная операция и нужно всего 2 документа, назначили встречу в 10:00 . Приехала вовремя, специалиста нет..уточняю когда будет, у нас вообще то встреча назначена, второй сотрудник звонит ей...сотрудник едет еще,говорят мне.на вопрос сколько ждать, мне тоже на работу нужно, сотрудник мне ответить не смог...в итоге опоздала на 35 минут, заспанная и недовольная начала задавать мне вопросы , которые можно было увидеть просто у себя в базе..в итоге попросила 12 документов по списку, я говорю всего 2 нужно, оператор же сказал....она настаивает на своем! я ушла, и тут же перезвонила на горячую линию, на что они ответили...чччто очень странно, что специалист затребовал документы,достаточно было просто зайти в вашу карту.Некомпетентность зашкаливает!!!

Ужасный офис из всех в банке ВТБ. Пришла за своей картой, просидела в очереди 1.5 часа!!!!!!! Это как вобще? Зато сотрудники ходят курить, на обед, а директору офиса вобще плевать на эту ситуацию. Примите меры в конце концов!

На сегодня Федоссева Елена 19.03.2020г назначила подписание договора на рефинансирование ипотеки . Нам предоставили договор на рефинансирование, в котором указали сумму на 200000₽ больше прежнего договора, срок платежей увеличили на два года и увеличили платежи на четыре тысячи. Мы отказались подписывать такой договор и тогда нам назначили дату подписание договора только через две недели. Нас консультировал специалист Елена Геннадьевна.
