Горячая линия отвратительная. Указано, что филиал работает, а по факту нет. Заказала деньги снять, сказали конкретный день, когда можно забрать, туда пришла, а там закрыто. Бардак полнейший

Самый некомпетентный банк, отделение , с некомпетентными сотрудниками . Никто ничего не может толком объяснить. Также и с горячей линией дела обстоят . Возьмите новых сотрудников или объясните как работать существующему персоналу . Я жалею , что являюсь вашим клиентом .

Сегодня (22.01.2019 г.) пришла отключить услугу на карте, на которой необходим оборот в 5 тысяч, предварительно попросив узнать какой оборот был за месяц, сотрудница сидевшая за ВТОРЫМ окном первым делом услугу отключила и только потом посмотрела оборот, где оказалось до оборота то нехватило 300 рублей. Для начала научись слушать клиента, негативные впечатления,оцениваю обслуживание на 0!!!!

Добрый вечер!Приходила в банк за консультацией потребительского кредита в конце августа.Нас направили к Альфие-менеджеру.Я до этого обслуживалась в банке,но такого менеджера я ещё не видела!Она настолько хорошо знает свое дело,четко и по делу,быстро и очень открыто и в то же время с заботой и обеспокоенностью нашей жизнью,ей не все равно на нас.Клиент для нее прежде всего!А это самое главное в сервисе и обслуживании.Еще раз к ней приду с удовольствием!С уважением,Чулпан.
