это самое ужасное отделение в котором я побывала за всю свою жизнь! в больнице с бабулями очередь проходит быстрей!!! еще у них в аппарате вечно вылетает просто так номер очереди,и на экране эти номера отображаются-невидимок принимают???надеюсь последний раз там побывала! злости не хватает.Ладно бы один раз такое,но так ВСЕГДА!!!

Жуткое место. Просидел целый час , чтобы получить готовую дебетовую карту. В итоге её так и не выдали, сослались, что система не выдаёт. Табло , распределяюще очередь тоже не работает, живёт своей жизнью. Сотрудники еле шевелятся. Вообщем я остался недоволен сервисом данного отделения

БАНК ВТБ работает с 9:00 утра до 19:00 вечера. Но: БАНКОМАТЫ ВТБ работают круглосуточно! Из-за недостоверной информации в расписании (часы работы с 10:00 утра до 20:00 вечера), приходилось часто ездить на пятёрку и в центр города, чтобы воспользоваться круглосуточным банкоматом. Проезжая сегодня мимо ТРК "Победа" около 5 утра, я видела, как из дверей банка выходят люди. Я проверила и убедилась, что банкоматы работают круглосуточно, и ими можно воспользоваться в любое удобное время. Хочется сказать: "Уважаемые администраторы! Огромная просьба исправить ошибку в расписании режима работы банкоматов ВТБ, находящихся по адресу: ТРК "Победа", улица Труфанова, д.19." БАНКОМАТЫ ВТБ РАБОТАЮТ ПО ДАННОМУ АДРЕСУ КРУГЛОСУТОЧНО!

привет всем , я позвонила в этот банк по телефону горячей линии мне там ответили не сразу пришлось повисеть на телефоне . потом раздался голос оператора . вежливо поздоровался извинился за ожидание и спросил по какому вопросу я им позвонила , я ему все объяснила что у меня случилось и оператор конечно же дал мне совет и подсказал куда обратиться. так что я довольна такой подробной информацией услышанной от оператора.люблю ходить и платить платежи в этот филиал.
