отвратительное место. медленные и хамоватые работницы, невероятно душно в зале. если собираетесь идти сюда, держите час-два в запасе. Это был мой первый и, надеюсь, последний визит в этот банк. если бы не работа, никогда бы не связалась с этим банком

плохая работа банка. Подъехал к 11 утра 31.03.2020, офис наглухо закрыт. На дверях объявление, что не работают и список дежурных адресов. На сайте банка об этом ни слова, ни на главной странице, ни в списке банкоматов. И на яндекс-картах инфа неверная. Якобы открыт, а по факту офис закрыт. заслуженный 1 балл пополам между банком и картами. А мне - потерянное время..

"Работает" 2 человека. Очередь 2.5 часа. Не объясняют и вводят в заблуждение. Пытались закрыть счет месяц. Разными способами отказывали в закрытии. Вплоть до того чтобы мы ехали в банк в котором 6 лет назад открыли счет и там закрывали. Банк этот уже как полгода не существует. За перевод остатка средств взяли %. В кассе нет денег, хотя под запись обещали что все будет хорошо и деньги выдадут в кассе.

Неудобная планировка. Уличный банкомат работает очень медленно. Если отделение закрыто, положить деньги целая проблема. Лучше пользоваться отделением у метро гражданский проспект
