Не скажу плохого, но и хорошего тоже. Долго ждал очередь. Банк не удобный (как в бункере). Мой вопрос не решился. Не все операторы являются специалистами, пытаются ответить дежурными фразами, на проблемы клиента (я) подошли не в полном объеме, или вообще отказалась оказать помощь, даже не поняв проблему.

Половина персонала занимается непонятно чем. Очереди огромные в любой день и время. Ожидать свою очередь негде, всего два небольших дивана на весь банк.

Самое плохое отделение банка, работники нерасторопные, у кого ни спроси ни за чего ни кто не отвечает, ни чего не знают. Очереди всегда т.к. на рабочих местах мало работников, остальные только своими делами занимаются. Несколько раз приходилось обращаться всегда один негатив от таких «работников». Куда только руководство смотрит на все этот бардак?

Дважды пытался открыть вклад.Угробил нервы и время. Основное внимание на корпоративных клиентов.С вкладчиками работает через пень колоду одно окно. Был 29 апреля. За 2 часа из пяти окон, ни одно не занималось вкладами. 2 мая за час из 6 окон приняли только одного вкладчика. Позор! Пошел в другой банк за 15 минут оформил вклад.

Если Вы не ВИП клиент придется посидеть в очереди... Закладывайте час. Помещение тесное и душное. Хотел снять деньги. Два банкомата и оба не работают!!!
