На всём этапе рефинансирования ипотеки «специалисты» офиса не проявляют должного внимания, ответственности в вопросах с клиентам, реагируя на каждый вопрос с негативом и нервозностью, складывается впечатление, что в офисе через одного такая ситуация, на телефонные звонки не отвечают, на письма нет ответов, каждый звонок это как война пытаешься вытащить информацию по каждому этапу в процессе переоформления документов. Нет отзывчивости и понимания, отсутствует даже малейшее представление об элементарной этике воспитанного общения с клиентами. Вряд ли обращусь за продуктами банка в этот конкретный офис да и банк вообще, если руководство допускает такое отношение, видимо это политика банка на неофициальном уровне. Стыдно ! Меняйтесь.. если эти отзывы вообще кто-то читает ...

Очень все медленно происходит. Перед тобой 3 человека, будешь час сидеть. Мало сотрудников. Видимо нормальные условия труда создавать не хотят, раз сотрудников нет.
