боже!!! давненько не попадались такие странные отделения. 15 минут пытался получить неименную дебетовую карту. Мадам из 5 окошка втирала мне что такие карты уже Год как не делают причём по всему ВТБ по всем отделениям . Я её переспросил несколько раз - точно по всему ВТБ так??? получал утвердительный ответ , если бы сразу сказала что у них нет на данный момент - вообще никаких проблем - развернулся бы и пошёл в соседнее отделение. В итоге - звонки главному бухгалтеру предприятия, который в полном недоумении только вчера принял подобную карту от сотрудника! звонки на Горячую линию ВТБ Где всё прояснили и опровергли слова "мадам" ... пошёл уже вторично попал на соседнего оператора (судя по всему старшего) которая начала со слов "мужчина вам же всё объяснили в предыдущем окошке" и только после моих слов о звонке на Горячую линию пыталась неловко оправдать "мадам" якобы та говорила что карточек нет именно в нашем отделении. !!!!??? если бы это было так мне хватило бы 10 секунд чтобы развернуться и без всякой суеты убыть в другое отделение. Итог: куча потраченного времени, несколько телеонных звонков и всё это для того чтобы провести ликбез у сотрудников этого отделения. Печально.
