Не знаю, может мне повезло, но никаких очередей в 12.00 понедельника. Работает 9 менеджеров. Время ожидания от получения талона до разговора с менеджером 3 минуты.

Втб звонит приглашает за якобы одобренной кредитной картой. Приходишь на следующий день в филиал, стоишь в очереди час, менеджер заявляет, что карта не одобрена, а предодобренна и нужно заполнять анкету, еще проходит пол часа. После чего выясняется, что карта не одобрена. Отказ. Не верьте звонящим сотрудникам из Втб.

Очень, очень медленное обслуживание. Зашла в банк что бы восстановить пин-код карты (ранее ей не пользовалась, но решилась), просидела час в очереди. Вместо того что бы восстановить пин, начали разводить на новую карту, ну ладно, сил уже не было, была готова на все лишь бы быстрее, к тому же сказали что это очень быстро. В итоге просидела еще полчаса. В итоге: 1,5 часа потерянного времени, еще одна карта, которые переодически путаю и в довесок ко всему поссорилась с мужем и ребенк ом, не выдержавшими пытки ожиданием. Всем совет: ОБХОДИТЕ ЭТОТ БАНК СТОРОНОЙ!!!! – показать

Сегодня просидела в этом отделении около 2 х часов, так и не смогла дождаться своей очереди. Ужасный банк, инспектора работают невероятно медленно, постоянно уходят с рабочего места. После меня пришел молодой человек, но каким то образом ему было предложено пройти с инспектору сразу. Можно сделать вывод.

"Главный" финансовый консультант Абдрашитова А. А. определенно не соответствует своей должности. Высокомерный тон, совершенно не смогла помочь в решении проблемы, оформила кассовый ордер, который позже банк отклонил и деньги где-то на счетах банка зависли, выдать справку и документальное подтверждение информации по карте, о которой и не подозревали, не смогла. В итоге проблема с обнаруженной картой была решена по горячей линии, молодой человек - администратор очень дружелюбно, вежливо помог зайти в приложение и перевыпустить карту, хоть немного сгладив общее негативное впечатление
