Записался на раскрытие аккредитива за неделю (!), приехали раньше, прождали полчаса до назначенного времени и еще час сверху. Менеджерам пофиг, народу уйма, духота, стульев не хватает. В итоге еле как смогли аккредитив раскрыть. Это коротко об отношении ВТБ к клиентам, которые выплачивают этому банку конские проценты. Спасибо за криворукий менеджмент и неклиентоориентированность 👏👏👏

Как будто в 90-ые попал, куда банк смотрит? Пришёл получить карту, больше 2х часов потратил времени когда в отделении от силы было человек 5, ещё и нахамили 10 раз.. пока сидел - наблюдал как общаются операторы с другими людьми - просто жуть, отзывы редко пишу, но здесь не удержался. Банком теперь нет желания пользоваться вообще.

Отвратительный режим работы. Прихожу уже третий раз. Все время много народа, работает днём 3—4 окна из 8. Первый раз приходила в 10 30, просидела минут 40 и ушла- Вторая попытка в 13.20. Тот же результат. Сегодня приехала в 9.30! Работает ОДИН человек с физ.лицами.

Когда мне необходимо отправить деньги быстро, я прихожу сюда и пользуюсь услугой Western Union тк это наиболее быстрая система денежных переводов которой я когда либо пользовался. Деньги приходят в любую точку земного шара в города где есть офисы Western Union в течение десяти минут. Комиссия за перевод достаточно высока, но это того стоит. В банке нет очередей, обслуживают быстро. Я доволен, рекомендую всем.
