Как подходы самого банка неудобные,так и сотрудники не компетентны! В субботу обратился с папой чтобы получить номер счета,мало того что по телефону без визита дать не смогли,дак ещё и при посещении банка дали не то что нужно!Проходите это заведение стороной!

Очень долгое ожидание. 5-я в очереди была принята спустя час. Сотрудница неприветливая. Для сравнения: обращалась в Сбер для совершения ровно таких же операций, была обслужена в 5 минут с улыбочкой.

ВТБ - один из самых моих предпочитаемых банков. Я получаю стипендию через этот банк, потому что мой институт выдал мне его банковскую карточку. Однако, через несколько месяцев, после получения стипендии с карточки я решил положить свои деньги на счет. Длительное время изучал разные банковские предложения, но все же решил остановится на ВТБ. Конечно, у него не самый лучший процент (около 7-8% на год в рублях), однако для меня гораздо важнее престиж банка. Многие мои знакомые уже делали вклады в ВТБ и получали свои проценты вовремя, без задержек. Обслуживание в отделениях всегда хорошее и оперативное, хотя в кассах банка бывают очередь, особенно в начале месяца, когда люди платят за коммунальные услуги. Однако в каждом отделении работает минимум 3 кассы, поэтому очередь быстро обслуживается.

Невозможно не любить ВТБ24,когда именно на карточку этого банка тебе приходит стипендия! Что касается терминалов,то они есть по всему Екатеринбургу.Куда бы я не пошла,в какой бы торговый центр не забежала,там обязательно есть банкомат ВТБ24. Если вы потеряли карточку,то в банке вам без проблемт помогут её восстановить в кротчайшие сроки,моей подруге во всяком случае так и сделали! Думаю,что это хороший банк!
