Что за ужасные часы работы! Нужно получить новую карту, после работы через весь город ехала, успела только к 6. Просидела у менеджера минут 10 прежде чем она мне сообщила, что отдел который выдаёт карты работает только до 6... Не работать по воскресеньям когда как раз работающие люди могут придти так просто тупость!

Не плохой банк, брал здесь потребительский кредит на пол года, проценты минимальные мне выпали,я очень был доволен, отдавать можно было сумму которую захочешь и в любой день, хорошее обслуживание, да и несколько раз тут пополнять баланс кредитной карты, все пришло быстро, без зависаний,спасибо большое за обслуживание, всем рекомендую этот банк, наверное скоро еще доведется обратиться сюда.

Хороший банк, пользуюсь им уже на протяжении четырех лет, высокий процент по вкладам, хорошее обслуживание, денежные переводы делают хорошо, никогда не было задержек, так что советую этот банк, спасибо!

Я хотела бы оставить отзыв о своем опыте взаимодействия с банком ВТБ. Филиал, который я посетила, производит отличное впечатление как своим интерьером, так и облуживанием. Сотрудники были очень внимательны и профессиональны, помогли мне разобраться с вопросами, связанными с кредитными предложениями. Все этапы были ясны и понятны, без лишних задержек. Кроме того, условия кредитования оказались весьма привлекательными. Я определённо рекомендую банк ВТБ тем, кто ищет надежного финансового партнера!

Хотела бы поделиться своим положительным опытом обслуживания в данном филиале банка ВТБ. С момента входа в отделение я была приятно удивлена дружелюбной атмосферой и профессионализмом сотрудников. Они внимательно выслушали мои запросы и предложили несколько выгодных вариантов по продуктам банка. Все процедуры прошли быстро и эффективно, что очень ценно в наше время. Банковские услуги тоже на высоком уровне – удобно пользоваться интернет-банком. Однозначно рекомендую этот филиал!
