Гнусное отделение! Никакого уважения к клиентам, тормозные сотрудники. Никто даже не соизволил принять жалобу. Надеюсь в аду их так же будут мучать

Огромная очередь. В условиях эпидемии коронавируса ожидание в очереди составляет более часа. Из них 30 минут на улице перед входом и 40 минут внутри и моя очередь еще так и не подошла. Сотрудники банка никак не комментируют ситуацию и скопление народа не уменьшается.

Яляюсь клиентом данного банка. Мучительно оформляла ипотеку. Мучительно из-за хамского отношения менеджеров данного отделения. Никто ничего не объясняет, раздражаются, когда им задают дополнительные вопросы. Также стоит отметить небрежное отношение к документам и их оформлению - допускают помарки, забывают брать подписи. Еще хочется отметить неудобный интерфейс Телебанка , но это уже неприятность от всей сети ВТБ-24.

Отвратительное отделение, пришла забрать карту, просидела 2,5 часа. Сотрудники не заинтересованы в своей работе. Такой медленной работы банка я ещё не встречала.
