Постоянно как ни приду, постоянно клиентов принимает 2 оператора, хотя на месте все четверо. Времени прийти другого нет, кроме как с 5 до 6 вечера. Чем они таким заняты, что перестают принимать клиентов? Дополнение: на этот раз принесло к стажёру. Постоянно у кого-то что-то уточняет, при этом хамит, пытаясь свои некорректные действия преподнести как верные, видимо, считая, что мы в первый раз по этому вопросу пришли (уже 6-й раз по одной и той же операции) и нас хамством можно перебороть и переубедить в её правоте. При этом постоянные вопросы не по делу, долго пытались выяснить, почему платим через третьих лиц по кредиту, а не сами.
