С третьего раза мне помогли и разъяснили именно в этом филиале, про сам банк ничего не скажу, а вот сотрудника, который помог, хотелось бы отметить , Хангаева Наталья, которая даже звонила и интересовалось все ли проблемы устранились, спасибо большое!

Пин код от карты дали на оборванном листочке, где рукой написанны цифры, никаких документов так же не передали, карту просто передали из рук в руки, "отличная" безопасность

Спасибо БВТ банку за одобрение ипотеки. Отдельное спасибо работникам банка, что всегда идут на встречу, отвечают на все вопросы, касающихся ипотеки, документов и прочее, всё подробно и доходчиво объясняют.

Хочу написать отрицательный отзыв, о сотруднике банка втб 24, по адресу 5 армии Иркутск. Скибо Елена Юрьевна, не компетентна в своей профессии. Не доносит полную, развернутую информацию. Не слышит и не слушает клиента. Одновременно работая с клиентом, помогает своему сотруднику. В итоге в голове «каша». Прождали час и остались недовольны. Впервые мы столкнулись с такой наглой девушкой.

Скибо Елена тоже обслуживала меня, одела меня как новогоднюю елку, план своей работы наверное выполнила!!! Наподключала мне функций, что еле отключила. Хамоватая, с клиентами ведет себя, как будто они ей приятели
