С плохим обслуживанием не сталкивался, но что разозлило, по телефону горячей линии информацией о расписании работы кассы не владеют. Приехали, а касса на обеде. Думали, в предпраздничный день другое расписание. Но это вообще, конечно, проблема не конкретного филиала.

Ужасное обслуживание, хамят, издеваются. очень много людей в очереди. Обратились в кассу по талону, кассирша не перенаправила к оператору, отправила брать другой талон, посмеялась, что успеет на обед сходить, прежде чем наша очередь подойдёт. И ушла на обед. В итоге операция которая занимает 15 минут, у нас заняла 2 часа. За это время можно было в другое отделение съездить и вернуться. В общем не советую это отделение банка.
