Специалисты банка постоянно ссылаются на сбои в программе при расчете процентов при погашения кредита или досрочном погашении в следствии чего у вас как у клиента вырастают проценты и оттягивается день погашения задолженности , мол так программа рассчитала , тем самым скрывая свою либо безграматность или не компетентность. У меня сложилось не хорошее впечатление об этом банке. А также навязование страховки. Так же держатели зарплатных карт от ВТБ 24 будте бдительны, работники этого банка могут запросто вам подключить какую нибудь платную дорогую услугу, и вы об этом ни чего не узнаете пока конечно не посетите личный кабинет, но это может быть и поздно.
