Сделайте что-нибудь с кассой! Народу много, всего один кассир, оформляет очень медленно, каждого клиента по 20-30 минут, скапливается очередь. Администратор обьясняет что это системное сокращение, в отделении предусмотрен всего один кассир... Ну тогда хотя бы оптимизируйте его работу, чтобы укладывался в 5 минут, а не полчаса

Это просто ужас! Огромные очереди, работает одна касса, хотя народу много в обеденное время. Пришлось ждать почти час, ради 5-минутного дела!

Мы взяли в этом банке кредит. Обслуживание понравилось. Персонал очень вежливый, все понятно разъясняют, отвечают на все вопросы. Потом оформила в этом банке кредитную карту. Получила очень быстро, в отличии от других банков. Нравится то, что незадолго до срока платежа приходит смс с датой и суммой оплаты платежа, это очень удобно, не надо запоминать и следить, когда и сколько надо платить

Быстрое и качественное обслуживание, персонал вежлив и корректен,не нужно долго стоять в очереди, как в некоторых других банках. Удобная система электронной очереди. Администратор может все необходимое рассказать,можно даже не подходить к менеджеру, все это очень удобно)
