сегодня пришел оформлять Привилегию - премиальное обслуживание, сервис, все дела. Привлекательное описание в интернете. Вчера уже пытался оформить эту карту, а именно дебетовую, дубликат к дебетовой и кредитку (3 карточки!). Но вчера, к сожалению, в двух отделениях не нашел сотрудников, работающих по Привилегии. Сегодня приехал в данное отделение пораньше. на всякий случай. На первом этаже не было ни одного клиента! Но я проследовал на второй, где обслуживаются клиенты Привилегии. Проследовал и встал третьим в очередь. Два стола для клиентов Привилегии, всего один сотрудник и 3 клиента. Я решил, что все это шутка. Все эти премиальные сервисы, и тд. В итоге так и не стал клиентом банка ВТБ. Видимо, банк перенял сервис многих других гос. учреждений - очереди и всем сотрудникам до лампочки до клиентов. Спасибо, ВТБ
