Обслуживание на низком уровне, не заинтересованы вообще в клиенте, простояла в очереди 40 минут, при том, что половина сотрудников сидит с пустыми креслами. На ресепшн попросила, чтоб к кому-нибудь отправили, но всем плевать...в первый раз в этом банке и больше не пойду! Дополняю: прочла отзывы - все правда!

Ужасное отношение к клиенту. Оставляли заявку на открытие расчетного счета для ИП, перезвонили сразу же взяли все данные и сказали специалист вам перезвонит. По итогу специалист звонит на следующий день и договаривается ещё через день, при этом подтверждает встречу за час. Дальше «вам перезвонят сегодня» длится до пн(документы были подписаны в пт утром) и в пн приходится уже самому приехать к ним в офис ибо по звонкам «документы на рассмотрении». После приезда опять же «сделали заявку, по решению ответ будет сегодня» и так сегодня уже чт. Прошла неделя, а мне только сегодня говорят, что отказ. Отказ без причины, без звонка без всего. Съездив в Альфу открыли счёт за 2 часа. Спасибо за потраченное время.
