Приехали в данное отделение заплатить ипотеку, приехали в 12.56 ещё было 4 минуты до начала обеда. Заплатить ипотеку занимает пару минут делов. А нам сказали что сотрудников на рабочес месте уже нет, они все ушли обедать. На наши слова что у них до обеда ещё 4 минуты, развели руками и сказали ожидать до конца обеда.

Специально приезжала в этот офис для прикрепления номера телефона для оплаты покупок в интернет-магазинах, т.к. была проблема - при попытке оплатить заказ не приходили СМС на телефон. Причем СМС для входа в личный кабинет я получала, а СМС для покупок онлайн нет. Оператор заверила меня, что номер для онлайн оплаты картой она привязала, проверила при мне - все вроде было нормально, при операторе СМС пришла на телефон. Сегодня пытаюсь снова оплатить картой покупку онлайн, удивительно, но СМС не приходит. Звоню на горячую линию, там мне объясняют, что номер телефона для покупок онлайн так и не был привязан, посоветовали снова идти в банк и после действий оператора звонить для контроля на горячую линию. Очень недовольна таким качеством обслуживания и некомпетентностью работника банка.

Отличное и удобное отделение с внимательными и компетентными сотрудниками. Единственное, что бросилось в глаза - никто из сотрудников и клиентов не использует защитные маски, включая руководителя организации.
