Обслуживала Истомина Лилиана, снимал деньги со счета. Предъявила квитанцию, где необходимо было расписаться в 4 местах. В двух из которых роспись за то что деньги получены. А почему должен расписаться, если деньги мне не дали!? Швырнула мне паспорт с квитанцией, после росписи вновь паспорт попросила. Совершенно не умеет работать с клиентами.

Очень долгое обслуживание. В Сбербанке никогда так долго не ждала. Сколько раз прихожу, всегда долго сижу в очереди.

1.Персонал (Гилаева Ризида Ш.) не ознакомлен с графиком работы банка: назначают пенсионеру приём на нерабочий день. 2. Не знакомы с процедурой закрытия счёта/кредита. Пенсионер вынужден несколько раз посещать банк, изза тупости персонала, который за это получает зарплату. 3. В случае нештатных ситуации советую всё сразу оформлять в органах, иначе вас так и будут за нос водить.
