Заказал дебетовую карту «прибыль», позвонили сказали что надо приехать в банк, хотя другие банки доставляют курьером на дом. Приехал в банк прождал мин 40 хотя людей было немного , вызывают очень медленно , зачем там 10 окон? Дождался очереди, а мне говорят ваша карта не оформлена! У нас нет ее в базе. Развернулся и ушёл, крайне не советую это место

Остались только отрицательные эмоции. Постоянно нужно ждать и не из за очередей, а из за работы сотрудников банка. Ужасный банк

У меня мама получила там кредит без проблем, уже выплатила, и никаких проблем за этот период не было. Хорошее обслуживание, предоставление всей необходимой информации. Она очень осталась довольна. И если еще раз когда-нибудь потребуется кредит, обязательно повторно обратимся.

простаял 5 часов в очереди чтобы узнать что банк не может дать кредит для чего тогда надо посылать какие коды на теллефон или это завлекаловка для лохов ну да за 12 процентов нельзя взять а за 69 процентов пожалуйста вам кредит и не надо в очереди 5 часов стоять офигеть можно русский ванька все выдержит вы уже сразу берите 150 процентов.

Отличный персонал!!! Очень нравится этот банк. Всё расскажут, всё подскажут. Брала много раз кредиты , осталась довольна. Проценты небольшие, минимум документов, очереди небольшие. Всегда улыбчивые девочки. Успехов вам!!! Самый лучший банк!!!
