Оставил на сайте заявку на открытие счета, мне позвонили с банка, сообщили что можно приехать и открыть по этому адресу, когда приехал сказали что нужны какие то документы по ИП, получается зря ехал, нельзя было заранее сказать про это по телефону, везде для открытия счёт ИП достаточно паспорта.

Очень странная электронная очередь, пригла с простой операцией открытия вклада и вперед меня по этой электронной очереди прошли почти 10 человек. ДЕСЯТЬ ЧЕЛОВЕК, КАРЛ!

Отвратительный банк !одно отделение на весь город,и работает 2-3 окна При просьбе закрыть карту в приложении каждый раз у них неполадки,в связи с чем не могут закрыть

Регулярно пользуюсь услугами этого банка. Как мне кажется, он надежный и стабильный. Приятные условия для вкладов. Мне он подходит полностью. Обслуживание всегда уважительное, никто еще ни разу не нахамил.

Брала автокредит в банке "Уралсиб". Приемлемые условия, которые мне озвучили сначала менеджеры в автосалоне, а потом подробно объяснила менеджер в банке. Она достаточно много времени уделила мне, чтобы я могла прочитать внимательно все пункты договора, ответила на все вопросы. Деньги в автосалон были перечислены оперативно, машину забрала на следующий день после одобрения кредита. Так как машина у банка в залоге, удобно то, что не приходилось каждый год лично бегать со страховыми полисами, можно было выслать по электронной почте. Минусы: 1) несколько месяцев назад в банке перестали принимать платежи по кредитам до 10 000 рублей, их нужно оплачивать в терминале или банкомате. если сумма не круглая, это неудобно. 2) неразвитая сеть банкоматов, всего 1 операционный офис в Самаре.
